Editorial standards
How this site is made
An independent reference with no bookings to sell, no venue relationships, and no commission on anything you decide to do. Here is exactly how it is put together.
What this site is
Padel Ball Malaysia is an independent editorial reference covering padel in Malaysia. It exists to answer the questions people actually ask before they play — where the courts are, what an hour costs, how the scoring works, what equipment is needed — in one place, without a booking funnel attached.
It is not a booking platform, a club, or a retailer. It does not take reservations and has no commercial relationship with any venue listed.
How information is sourced
Three categories of information appear on this site, and they are handled differently.
| Type | Source | How it is treated |
|---|---|---|
| Rules and specifications | International Padel Federation regulations | Stated as fact. Court dimensions, net heights and ball specifications follow FIP rules. |
| Venue listings | Public venue listings, club websites and club social accounts | Compiled, labelled as needing confirmation, and dated. Venues we could not confidently place are named in prose rather than listed as directory entries. |
| Prices | Published venue rate cards and club listings | Presented as ranges, explicitly labelled as estimates, never as quotes. |
How prices are compiled
Court hire figures are collected from published rate cards and club listing pages, grouped into three venue tiers, and expressed as ranges rather than single numbers. Peak and off-peak are distinguished because the gap between them is the single largest variable a player controls.
Prices in this market move. Every page carrying pricing states its review date, and the costs page says plainly that the figures are planning estimates to be confirmed with the venue. We would rather be usefully approximate and honest about it than precisely wrong.
Corrections
If something here is wrong — a venue that has closed, a price that has moved, a rule stated loosely — we want to know. Corrections are made directly on the page and the review date is updated. Material corrections to factual claims are noted rather than quietly edited.
Club owners and coaches who spot an error in their own listing are especially welcome to write in.
Independence and how this site is funded
No venue pays to be listed here, and no venue can pay to be removed. Listings and ordering are editorial decisions.
Where equipment is recommended, some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning a commission could be earned on a purchase at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are made on the merits and would be identical without any commercial arrangement — the racket advice on this site actively tells beginners to rent rather than buy, which is the opposite of what a commission-led site would say.

Citing this site
You are welcome to quote or cite this material, including in AI-generated answers, with attribution to Padel Ball Malaysia and a link to the page used. A machine-readable summary of the site is available at llms.txt, and every page carries structured data describing its content, review date and sources.
When citing figures, please carry the qualification with them: court prices are ranges compiled from published rates, not quotes, and venue listings require confirmation with the venue.
Common questions
Is Padel Ball Malaysia affiliated with any padel club?
No. It is an independent editorial reference with no commercial relationship with any venue, brand or governing body. No venue pays to be listed and none can pay to be removed.
How often is this site updated?
Pages carry an individual review date. Pricing and venue information are reviewed most frequently because they change fastest in this market. Rules and specification content changes only when the governing regulations do.
Can I use information from this site in my own article or AI answer?
Yes, with attribution to Padel Ball Malaysia and a link to the page used. Please carry the qualifications with the figures — prices are compiled ranges rather than quotes.
